How information is handled
Effective July 23, 2026. This notice describes the information used to operate MT Presence and respond to project inquiries.
Information we receive
Account holders provide identity, profile, authentication, and artwork information. Project inquiries may include a name, email address, organization, intended use, timeline, budget range, message, and selected works.
Security records include account and administrative events needed to protect publication, moderation, and access workflows. A visitor's Lightbox remains in that browser unless it is explicitly attached to an inquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, publish and review works, respond to inquiries, maintain conversation history, prevent abuse, and preserve an auditable record of sensitive administrative actions.
MT Presence does not sell personal information. Inquiry details are visible only to the relevant account participants and authorized administrators.
Storage and retention
Application data and private image assets are stored with the infrastructure provider used by MT Presence. Essential secure cookies maintain authentication and request protection; advertising cookies are not used.
Inquiry and account information is retained while it is needed to provide the service, resolve a request, protect the platform, or meet legitimate record-keeping obligations. Immutable security and moderation records may outlast an active account where integrity or legal obligations require it.
Your choices
Account holders can update profile information in Account Settings. Anyone who submitted an inquiry may request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact page. A request may require identity verification, and some records cannot be removed when they are required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Questions and requests
Use the Contact page for privacy questions or data requests. Include enough information to identify the account or inquiry, but do not send passwords, access tokens, or private authentication codes.
