Effective August 3, 2026. These terms govern account creation, private uploads, review, publication, and use of MT Presence.
Provide accurate registration information, verify an email address you control, and keep your login methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact MT Presence promptly if you believe an account or session has been compromised.
You retain ownership of work you upload. You grant MT Presence the limited permission needed to store, scan, resize, review, display, distribute, and remove that work while operating the service and carrying out your publication choices.
Only upload material you are authorized to use. Required copyright, model, property, AI, and sensitive-content declarations must be complete and accurate.
Do not upload unlawful, malicious, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. Do not probe security controls, evade access restrictions, automate abusive traffic, interfere with review records, or attempt to access another person's private work.
Submitting work does not guarantee publication. Authorized reviewers may request changes, reject, approve, publish, unpublish, or take down work according to platform policy and legal obligations. Material under investigation may be preserved where required for security, disputes, or compliance.
The service may change, pause, or restrict features to maintain security and reliability. Accounts may be suspended or closed for material violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, MT Presence will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
